This session covers the work as it exists today, what happens to the people doing it, and what the training pipeline actually looks like from the inside. It takes up how agencies budget and plan for roles that are still forming, how existing labor agreements handle the change, and what maintenance and remote support work looks like when the vehicle drives itself.
