Automated and electric fleets depend on four things that usually get discussed separately. The roadway and its markings, signals, and signs. The built environment around it, including curb space, loading zones, and where vehicles are expected to stop. The data and compute that sit underneath. And the charging and grid capacity that decides how large a fleet can actually get. This session takes them together and asks what has to be in place first, who pays for it, and where the real constraint sits.
